Precision Landscaping offers a variety of lawn care services. We are dedicated to keeping your lawn and property looking clean and manicured.
Weekly maintenance services include:
- Weekly Mowing - Lawns are mowed to a uniform 3" height throughout the season to maximize lawn health. The height is lowered in the fall. All mowing is done with commercial grade mowers unless conditions do not allow.
- Bagged Clippings - Upon request, clippings can be bagged and hauled away during the mowing season for an additional charge.
- String Trimming - String-trimming around trees, rock gardens, walkways, and buildings ensures a manicured professional look for your property. String trimming is performed weekly whether or not mowing is needed.
- Power Blowing - Excess grass and clippings are blown off patios, walkways, driveways, and landscaping features after each mowing. Power Blowing is performed weekly whether or not mowing is needed.
- Tree Trimming - Trees will be trimmed up to 15 feet at the customer's request. Trees need to be trimmed regularly every 1-4 years, each tree is different and trimming varies by the species of the tree.
- Hauling - We have the ability to haul away yard waste, debris, and more.

Seasonal maintenance services include: - Spring Clean-up - All rock beds and landscaping features will be cleared of debris. Your lawn will be dethatched as needed, mowed, and trimmed. Debris is placed in designated areas specified by the owner. Debris can be hauled away for an additional charge.
- Fall Clean-up - Fall clean-up services consist of two visits beginning approximately mid-October depending on the season. During the clean-up, turf maintenance services are provided as needed. Clippings and leaves are bagged and/or mulched. At the final clean-up (approximately the last week in October), leaves are cleared out of beds and landscaping features. Debris can be hauled away for an additional charge.
- Trash and Minor Debris Pick-up - Trash and minor debris will be picked up weekly whether or not mowing is needed. For safety reasons, Precision Lawn Care and Snow Removal does not enter any pond, lake, wetland, or dangerous area to remove trash and debris. Storm debris is not included, but may be removed for an additional charge.
- Shrub Trimming - Different species of shrubs need trimming at different times throughout the season. Not all shrubs can be trimmed at the same time. Precision Lawn Care and Snow Removal has the knowledge and expertise to manage shrub trimming to enhance the health of your shrubs and bushes.

QUALITY GUARANTEE: Precision Landscaping LLC guarantees that quality work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards and reasonable customer expectations. All workers are FULLY LICENSED and INSURED.
Upon completion of each job, the Precision Landscaping LLC company representative completes a Quality Assurance Report (QAR) that is left at the customer's property. Customers are afforded the opportunity to provide feedback on the services provided. If not satisfied with the service provided, customers are asked not to sign the QAR report and contact Precision Landscaping LLC immediately for prompt resolution. If the QAR is unsigned, but Precision Landscaping LLC is not contacted within 48 hours of job completion, the job will be considered acceptable by the customer, and payment will be expected as stated in the contract. This process is designed to ensure the complete customer satisfaction with Precision Landscaping LLC.
