Precision Landscaping offers a variety of snow removal services. We specialize in snow removal for Commercial Properties. We are equipped to handle large scale properties with a large fleet of snow removal equipment including: loaders, bobcats, plow trucks, equipment for small areas, and dump trucks for hauling snow off of your property. We have the necessary back-up equipment to maintain our on-time commitments.
We are dedicated to making sure the properties we service are safe, clean, and accessible in a timely manner. Our staff of dependable and experienced operators service the same properties every snowfall and season.
Plowing - The necessary equipment will be used to plow parking lots, roadways, and driveways.
Shoveling/Ice Melting - Complete snow removal and shoveling will be done on sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, loading docks, steps and stairs during each snowfall as needed.
Salting - We are equipped to salt and sand parking lots, roadways, driveways, alleys, sidewalks, walkways, loading docks, steps and stairs.
Hauling - We have dump trucks and dump trailers for hauling away snow on or off site.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: Precision Landscaping LLC guarantees that quality work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards and reasonable customer expectations. All workers are FULLY LICENSED and INSURED.
Upon completion of each job, the Precision Landscaping LLC company representative completes a Quality Assurance Report (QAR) that is left at the customer's property. Customers are afforded the opportunity to provide feedback on the services provided. If not satisfied with the service provided, customers are asked not to sign the QAR report and contact Precision Landscaping LLC immediately for prompt resolution. If the QAR is unsigned, but Precision Landscaping LLC is not contacted within 48 hours of job completion, the job will be considered acceptable by the customer, and payment will be expected as stated in the contract. This process is designed to ensure the complete customer satisfaction with Precision Landscaping LLC.
