Professional Fertilizing and Weed Control Services
Precision Landscaping offers fertilizer and weed control services We offer three standard fertilizing and weed control applications in the Spring and Summer, and a final additional application of granular fertilizer in the fall to support root growth and spring green up.
A professional blend of time-release granular fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass and weed control is applied in the spring. A blend of time-release granular fertilizer with iron, and a liquid broadleaf and crabgrass weed control is applied in the summer.
Precision Lawn Care and Snow Removal is fully licensed to provide fertilizer and weed control applications.
Application Schedule
- Spring treatment applied between April 15- May 30
- Summer treatment applied between June 1- July 15
- Late treatment applied between July 15- Sept. 1
- Fall Aeration done between Sept. 1- Oct. 30
Core Aeration- We aerate lawns using a machine designed to pull out a core approximately 3" in depth. Aeration is the best way to control soil compaction and keep thatch at acceptable levels. Aeration also helps nutrients and water reach deeper roots levels through core openings.
Fall Over-Seeding - Following aeration a custom blend of seed is 'broadcast' over the lawn. Seed blends include sun, shade, and sun/shade mix.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: Precision Landscaping LLC guarantees that quality work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards and reasonable customer expectations. All workers are FULLY LICENSED and INSURED.
Upon completion of each job, the Precision Landscaping LLC company representative completes a Quality Assurance Report (QAR) that is left at the customer's property. Customers are afforded the opportunity to provide feedback on the services provided. If not satisfied with the service provided, customers are asked not to sign the QAR report and contact Precision Landscaping LLC immediately for prompt resolution. If the QAR is unsigned, but Precision Landscaping LLC is not contacted within 48 hours of job completion, the job will be considered acceptable by the customer, and payment will be expected as stated in the contract. This process is designed to ensure the complete customer satisfaction with Precision Landscaping LLC.
